101 Industriële automatisering is growing. This is partly because we offer customized solutions for special machines and complete production lines in the food industry. This includes processing, product handling and robotics. Our customers are mainly Dutch companies that are active both within the Netherlands and internationally. Every project – large or small – has its own technical challenges and requires a unique design every time.
As a Software Engineer, you are involved in the projects from an early stage, you think about a solution and consult with the (end) customer about the wishes and goals. Keywords are PLC, HMI, TCP communication, C#, ERP integration, track & trace, visualization. When all requirements and wishes are clear, you consult with the hardware department to see whether all components are present. The software is then set up and it is checked whether standard functions can be used to increase the efficiency of programming. You can consult with colleagues to resolve any difficult situations and vice versa. Customer-specific wishes are incorporated into the software and an appointment is made to test the software on location. When all the i's are done and the customer is satisfied, the cap comes off.
The lines within 101 are short, working with Hardware Engineers and Panel Construction Technicians is automatic and the mutual atmosphere is relaxed. Your work is not only limited to software issues, but you are also involved in other disciplines. This means that you can develop quickly professionally and personally.
Because our customers are also active internationally, there is also an international side to this job.
